Wild Grace Sanctuary
Come for a day to ground yourself and be with the animals. Book a retreat weekend. Stay for a week and help care for the sanctuary. Or support the animals and land with a donation.
Every program at Wild Grace integrates the three core practices — Animal Care, Earth Care, and Creative Care — because the healing comes from the combination.
A few hours away from everything. Grounding on bare earth, time with the cats, and a single creative exercise to process whatever surfaced. Two to three hours.
Half-day · Drop-inLearn the core WGS skill — observe, don't fix, rebalance — through three classrooms: an animal you watch, land you walk barefoot, and an improvisation partner you respond to.
Full dayFor professionals who have stopped being able to think clearly. Friday: arrive, ground, sleep. Saturday: animal care, barefoot land walk, creative play, bonfire. Sunday: write, ground, depart.
Weekend · Friday to SundayPay to stay and do the actual daily work — feeding, cleaning, health monitoring, land maintenance. Wake up to the animal care routine. The rest of the day is yours. A flag system handles social boundaries without awkwardness.
3–7 nights · ResidentialThe most portable program. Uses improvisation games and real-time observation exercises to teach one skill: seeing what's actually in front of you before reacting. Can run on the land or off-site.
Single session · Two hoursA repeating monthly gathering. Morning: communal land work. Midday: shared food and animal time. Afternoon: a rotating creative practice — improvisation, writing, music, or mixed.
Monthly · Open invitationAligned to solstice and equinox. Hands-on earth care work, acknowledgment of the animals, and a creative offering — a collaborative poem, group song, or art piece from materials found on the land.
QuarterlyNon-denominational ceremonies shaped with you — vow renewals, commitment ceremonies, memorials, blessings, milestones. Inclusive, personal, grounded in presence.
